<p>MP News: A car was swept away by the overflowing Sajha nullah on Kirar Ghat road in Amarkantak amidst heavy rainfall. A husband, wife, and their two children were in the car. During the rescue operation late into the night, the woman&#8217;s body was recovered, but there is still no trace of the husband and two children, along with the car.</p>

<p>परिजनों ने जताया हत्या का संदेह, मामले का जल्द खुलासा करने की मांग<br />
मुंडावर. थाना क्षेत्र के गांव सराय कला में शनिवार दोपहर को बिन्टू प्रजापत के पांच साल का बेटा लोकेश लापता हो गया।  परिजनों ने जब उसे खोजा तो उनके घर के पास एक सूने मकान के कमरे में भरे तूड़े में दबा हुआ मृत मिला।  बच्चे के गायब होने की सूचना पर समस्त सराय कला  गांव में सनसनी फैल गई।<br />
ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि बच्चे गायब होने की सूचना पर गांव के लोग उसे तलाशने में जुट गए और ग्रामीणों ने एकजुट होकर आस-पास के क्षेत्र में सर्च ऑपरेशन चलाया। बच्चे को गांव की पुरानी हवेलियों एवं खंडहरों में भी तलाश किया लेकिन वह नहीं मिला। इसके बाद लोगों ने गांव के लगे सीसीटीवी के फुटेज भी देखे।  लेकिन सीसीटीवी कैमरों में बच्चा कहीं भी नजर नहीं आया।<br />
इसके बाद प्रजापत मोहल्ले पर फोकस किया। प्रजापत मोहल्ले में सर्च ऑपरेशन करने के दौरान  देर शाम को उसके घर के समीप ही इस सूने पड़े मकान की तलाशी ली गई। मकान में कुछ नहीं मिली लेकिन एक कमरे में तूड़ा भरा हुआ था गांव वालों ने उसमें तलाश शुरू की तो बच्चे का शव तूड़े में दबा मिला। तूड़े में शव देख लोगों के होश उड़ गए। इसके बाद लोगों ने तुरंत थाना में इसकी सूचना दी। सूचना पर मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने रात्रि को ही शव को अपने कब्जे में ले लिया।  वहीं मुंडावर की सामुदायिक अस्पताल की मोर्चरी में रखवा दिया। मृतक के पिता ने बच्चे की हत्या कर शव को तूड़े में दबाने का शक जाहिर कर मामला दर्ज कराया है। मृत मासूम का रविवार को मेडिकल बोर्ड से पोस्टमार्टम कराकर शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया। शव मिलने के बाद परिजनों व बच्चे की मां का रो-रो कर बुरा हाल हो गया।<br />
10 साल पहले गांव पेहल में हुई ऐसी घटना : मासूम का दोपहर में गायब होना रात्रि को गांव के सुने मकान में क्षत- विक्षत शव मिलने से गांव सदमे में है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि 10 साल पहले गांव पेहल में भी दो मासूम दोपहर में गायब हो गए थे। जिसके दूसरे दिन दोनों मासूमो के शव खंडहर में मिले थे। 10 साल बाद ऐसी घटना का सराय कला में होने पर आसपास गांव के लोगों में दहशत बनी हुई है।  </p>

 गांव के अधिवक्ता धर्मेंद्र चौधरी, मनोज चौधरी व रवि मीणा का कहना है कि घटना के बाद ग्रामीणों एवं थाना पुलिस का भरपूर सहयोग रहा। लेकिन घटना दुखदाई होने के कारण ग्रामीणों ने अपने प्रतिष्ठान बंद रखकर घटना के खिलाफ रोष जताया। वहीं पुलिस से मांग की है कि बच्चे के हत्यारे का जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाए।  जिससे बच्चे के परिजनों को न्याय मिल सके। थाना प्रभारी महावीर शेखावत का कहना है कि प्रथम ²ष्टया लगता है कि मासूम का गला घोटकर हत्या की गई। वहीं उसके बाद बच्चे को तूड़े के कमरे में दबाया गया है। मेडिकल रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही हत्या का  सज खुल सकेगा। थाना प्रभारी ने यह भी बताया कि हत्यारे को शीघ्र ढूंढ कर मामले का जल्द ही पर्दाफाश किया जाएगा। पुलिस मामले में कुछ जनों को संदेह के दायरे में लेकर पूछताछ भी कर रही है।</p>

<p><strong>Jaipur Vipin Murder Case:</strong> Police apprehended seven assailants, including the main accused, within 15 hours of the stabbing murder of Vipin, also known as Vikki, in Jaipur&#8217;s Paldi Meena kachchi basti. While police were transporting the main accused, Mohammad Anas, he attempted to escape by snatching a police officer&#8217;s pistol on Khoh Nagorian Marg, beyond Jagatpura.</p>



<p>During a scuffle with the police officer, the pistol discharged, injuring Anas in the leg. Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph stated that the history-sheeter Anas, injured by the gunshot, has been admitted to SMS Hospital. Following the incident, police detained 25 individuals, including Anas&#8217;s relatives and acquaintances, to gather information about his hiding places.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Hundreds Gather with Family</h2>



<p>The accused was apprehended in Jaipur on Monday afternoon following a police cordon. Earlier, hundreds of people, along with the victim&#8217;s family, had gathered outside the Paldi Meena police station at 7 am. At 8:30 am, protesters reached the Jaipur-Agra highway, blocking the road with five demands. At 2 pm, police cleared the highway, but the protesters returned to block the road again.</p>

<p>Later in the afternoon, Additional Police Commissioner Dr. Rameshwar Singh arrived with police reinforcements and directed the protesters to an area leading to the Paldi Meena police station, where they remained until evening. MLA Kailash Verma and other leaders and organisation officials arrived at the scene. DCP Tejaswani Gautam stated that Anas and Shadab had carried out the stabbing. Shadab was also injured while attempting to escape. Mohammad Anas, Shadab, Aman, Gulzar, Farman, Bittu, Ilyas, and Rihan have been arrested.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Armed with Sticks and Rods</h2>



<p>The incident occurred approximately 150 meters from the police station, leading to public outrage. Residents claimed that the area was a gathering point for drug users and sellers, and that the police were not taking action. Protesters blocked Agra Road, demanding the victim&#8217;s family&#8217;s safety, a dairy booth, a government job, the arrest of the attackers within 24 hours, and ₹50 lakh in compensation.</p>



<p>Around 9:30 am on Monday, 40-50 protesters, armed with sticks and rods, arrived on Agra Road to shut down open shops, vandalising some. Agra Road&#8217;s market remained closed afterward. The government agreed to four of the family&#8217;s demands. An agreement on appropriate compensation was reached in the evening, ending the protest.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Post Shared 24 Hours Before the Incident</h2>



<p>Police reported that Anas and a young woman shared a social media post showing Anas brandishing a knife. This post was made 24 hours before the incident. In the post, he thanked his sister. The woman, from Nagaur, is being verified.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vipin Was the Eldest of Three Brothers</h2>



<p>At Vipin&#8217;s home in Paldi Meena, relatives comforted his mother and sister. Family members stated that Vipin was the eldest of three brothers and had five sisters. Anas and his accomplices called Vipin from a short distance from his home, seized him, and began stabbing him.</p>



<p>Hearing his screams, his sister, Machla, ran to the scene, but the attackers had already fled, leaving Vipin severely injured. He succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. Vipin&#8217;s post-mortem was conducted on Monday evening after the agreement on the demands. The number of stab wounds will be determined after the post-mortem report.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dispute Over a Woman a Year Ago</h2>



<p>Police stated that a year prior, Anas and Vipin had a dispute over a woman. Anas has a criminal record and several cases are registered against him. He was arrested based on a complaint filed by Vipin&#8217;s family. Even then, the accused had attempted to escape custody.</p>

<p>He suffered a leg fracture during his escape attempt. Police subsequently paraded him. They also evicted him from a JDA quarter he had occupied in Paldi Meena. He then resided in Shastri Nagar and plotted revenge against Vipin.</p>

IMD Issues Yellow Alert for Heavy Rain in Four Districts, Forecasts Weather from

<p>A horrific head-on collision between two cars occurred on National Highway-11 near Sikhwal Upavan in the Sridungargarh area of Bikaner district. </p>



<p>The accident was so severe that four people died on the spot, while five others sustained serious injuries.</p>



<p>The accident occurred on the Sridungargarh-Ratangarh road, causing widespread panic in the area. Upon receiving information, the Sridungargarh police station arrived at the scene and initiated rescue operations.</p>



<p>Station House Officer Jitendra Swami said that the injured were given immediate first aid and then referred to PBM Hospital in Bikaner. Traffic on the road was also disrupted due to the accident. At present, the police have removed both vehicles, cleared the road, and registered a case. A detailed investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.</p>

He described Dhankhar as one of the most active Chairpersons of the Rajya Sabha in recent years, someone who constantly encouraged members from both sides to work together. According to him, Dhankhar often reminded the House that they were ultimately working for the country. While ideological differences sometimes led to his advice not being followed, Sibal said the reasons were understandable. He described Dhankhar as a warm and kind-hearted person, clear-minded, and a true friend to many. Sibal said he regretted that Dhankhar had stepped down.</p>

<p><strong>UGC NET Result 2025:</strong> The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the results for the UGC NET June 2025 examination. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their results on the NTA website, <a href="https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ugcnet.nta.ac.in</a>. The exam was conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT) from 18 to 21 June 2025 at various examination centres across the country.</p>



<p>A total of 10,19,751 candidates registered for the exam this year, out of which 7,52,007 candidates appeared. The exam determines eligibility for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) positions in universities and colleges across the nation.</p>

<p>Panic ensued on the Jammu Tawi Express (train number 19223) this morning when smoke suddenly emerged from its B-1 coach. The incident occurred between the Bathinda-Goniana rail section, as the train departed towards Firozpur at 7:45 AM. The sight of smoke instilled fear among passengers, leading several to jump off the train to save themselves.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Panic Erupts on Sight of Smoke</h2>



<p>According to eyewitnesses, the sight of smoke billowing from the train&#8217;s coach triggered a stampede among passengers. Upon receiving information, railway staff and officials immediately arrived on the scene and attempted to control the situation. A technical investigation revealed that the smoke resulted from a brake binding issue. Railway staff rectified the technical fault after approximately half an hour&#8217;s effort, after which the train was dispatched to Firozpur.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">No Casualties Reported</h2>



<p>No casualties have been reported during the incident, however, passengers have demanded that the railway administration conduct regular checks of trains and strengthen safety measures. Railway officials stated that trains undergo periodic checks to prevent such incidents, and a thorough investigation into this matter will be conducted to prevent similar situations in the future.</p>

<p>A major Goods and Services Tax (GST) fraud case has come to light in India, involving 3,558 fake companies that caused losses exceeding ₹15,851 crore (approximately £1.5 billion) to the government. This was revealed in an investigation conducted by GST officials during the first quarter (April-June 2025) of the current financial year. These companies perpetrated the scam through fraudulent Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">How the Fraud Occurred?</h2>



<p>The GST system allows companies to claim tax paid on raw material purchases as ITC. The fraudulent companies misused this provision by creating fake invoices without any actual transactions and obtained refunds of thousands of crores of rupees through ITC. According to officials, this scam is 29% higher than last year, when 3,840 companies committed fraud worth ₹12,304 crore in the first quarter.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Action Taken</h2>



<p>GST officials have so far arrested 53 people in this case and recovered ₹659 crore. However, this amount is significantly less than the total loss. The fact that over 25,000 fake companies were involved in a ₹61,545 crore scam during the previous financial year highlights the seriousness of the problem.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Government&#8217;s Challenge</h2>



<p>Officials say that the number of fake companies is constantly increasing. The government has taken several steps to curb this, but much work remains to be done. Special drives are being conducted to prevent GST fraud, such as the one launched in May-June 2023, which uncovered a ₹30,000 crore scam across 16 states.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Expert Advice</h2>



<p>Experts believe that technological improvements in the GST system, stricter monitoring, and the use of data analytics can curb such fraud. The government plans to further strengthen digital tracking and Aadhaar-PAN based verification to prevent such scams in the future.</p>

<p>India&#8217;s troubles in the five-Test series against England show no signs of abating. After three Tests, India already trails 1-2, and now faces a series of setbacks. </p>



<p>Reports indicate that Indian fast bowler Arshdeep Singh and pace all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy have been ruled out of the Manchester Test due to injury. The simultaneous injury of three fast bowlers could pose a significant problem for Team India.</p>

<p>Following the injuries to Arshdeep Singh and Akash Deep, Anshul Kamboj, a fast bowler from Karnal, Haryana, has been included in the Indian team. <p><strong>Rajasthan Roadways</strong>: Devotees visiting Khatu Shyam Ji have reason to rejoice. Alwar Depot of Rajasthan Roadways has started a special bus service to cater to the needs of pilgrims. This service operates every Saturday, Sunday, and on Ekadashi.</p>



<p>Traffic Manager Sunil Bhagwati informed that due to Ekadashi falling on the upcoming Monday, the bus will depart from Alwar Depot at 9:00 AM for Khatu Shyam Ji. The return journey will commence from Khatu Shyam Ji at 4:15 PM.</p>

<p>MP News: Vidisha district in Madhya Pradesh has received a significant boost with the approval of 11 Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) projects. A total of ₹724.9 crore has been sanctioned for these projects. </p>



<p>According to Geeta Raghuvanshi, the Zila Panchayat President, a proposal for the construction of these roads was earlier sent to the Member of Parliament and the Union Agriculture Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The funds have been approved based on his recommendation.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Roads to be constructed in these villages</h2>



<p>The approval of 11 PMGSY roads will benefit over a dozen villages in the district. The sanctioned amount will be used for road construction on the following routes: Panjh to Kirmachi Rusalli, Main Road to Rasoolpur, Kaal Bhairav Mandir to Awas Basti, Dholkhedi to Hinautiya, Lashkarpur Road to Jamaldi, Bhairokhedi Road to Piparhunta Basti, Sherpur Kasba Road to Umarakhedi, Khejda Sultan Road to Awas Basti, Karariya Lashkarpur Road to Jhadaun Basti, Muhana to Awas Basti Muhana, Kashiram Khejda to Mudrakheda, and Adarsh College to Nimkhiria Karar Tapra. These are currently unpaved roads.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Repair of cremation grounds</h2>



<p>Geeta Raghuvanshi, the Zila Panchayat President, stated that the road construction process will begin soon after receiving approval from the Zila Panchayat&#8217;s general meeting. </p>



<p>The construction of these roads will provide significant relief to villagers, especially school children. Furthermore, she mentioned that the condition of cremation grounds across urban and rural areas will be assessed using geo-tagging to identify those requiring repairs. </p>



<p>She has instructed all Gram Panchayats to utilise funds from the 15th Finance Commission and the State Finance Commission to repair existing platforms and tin sheds in cremation grounds and to construct new temporary structures.</p>


<p>Approval granted for roads based on the recommendation of Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, with an allocation of ₹724 crore.</p>
